Ayodhya Ram Temple and Hindu Renaissance (English) (Hardcover)

In this book, the authors have concentrated on an understanding of the nature of a Hindu Renaissance and the concept of Hindutva in the context of the building of the Grand Temple of Maryada Purushottam Bhagwan Ram at the place where their faith tells them that Lord Ram was born and stresses the authors’ right to have access and pray at the exact same spot. Securing authors’ and every citizen right to exercise such faith, belief and worship are enshrined in the Basic Structure of the Constitution of India and are so stated in its preamble. Here the authors the modern Hindu imperatives read with a Modern Hindu mindset and Sanskrit as national link language in de-falsifying Hindu history. The book also follows Dr. Swamy’s Arguments to Build the Grand Ram Temple at Ayodhya and assequiturit lays down the quintessence of the 2018 Judgment for not referring Ismail Farooqui Case [(1994)VI SCC 360] to a larger bench, the 40 day’s arguments before the Hon'ble Supreme Court followed by the Judgment on 9 November 2019. The faith and belief enshrined in the Preamble read with Article 25 and 26 of the Constitution of India, having a superseding nature and status when compared to an ordinary right of property must prevail. Additionally, the ideological framework of the Modern Right for achieving a National Renaissance in the mindset, is proposed to be articulated and propagated with the way forward for Virat Hindustan in this book.

About The Author

Dr. Subramanian Swamy

Dr. Subramanian Swamy earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University in 1965. He conducted his doctoral research under the guidance of Nobel laureate Simon Kuznets. Additionally, he collaborated with Nobel laureate Paul A. Samuelson from MIT on published research concerning the theory of index numbers in 1974 and 1984. Dr. Swamy taught Economics as Assistant (1964-65) and later as Associate Professor (1965-69) at Harvard. He continued to teach at Harvard till 2012 as a visiting professor in the summer terms. He has authored over 50 research papers on index number theory, economy of China, and also authored several books on Economics, on China, and contemporary Indian issues. Dr. Swamy’s contribution during struggle against the State of Emergency and its dictatorship brought him into immense political limelight. He has been a Member of Parliament six times, and has also served as India’s Senior Cabinet Minister for Commerce, Trade, and Law & Justice in the 1990s. Currently, he is a senior leader with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
