The book is an in-depth study of sociological dimensions of the concept of power and its correlation with the political culture. It brings out the operational effects of the approaches of power politics in different political cultures. This theoretical study aptly correlates the diverse political culture of Pakistan where all four provinces have their distinct political culture. Mina Leghari (b. 1968), along with her family left Kabul, Afghanistan, after Soviet invasion. Her family traveled to Pakistan en route to Delhi and stayed there for a year. Due to deteriorating political conditions in Afghanistan, the entire family moved to Germany via London as refugees. Her family finally settled in East Bay of California, USA.
