The book looks at the history of Tibet and its position in international law and at many aspects of the lives of the Tibetan refugees in India, Nepal and Bhutan, as well as of the diaspora in Europe and North America. We attempt an appraisal of the new secular government since 2011 and watch the election campaign 2016.
