Krishnan Srinivasan Krishnan Srinivasan is the only Indian foreign secretary to write novels. His quintet of political and psychological thrillers, four published by Har-Anand Publications, feature Somali master diplomat Michael Marcos triumphs and travails in various parts of the world.
