Dr. Surendra K Pachauri Dr. Surendra Kumar Pachauri, IAS (Retd.), is a distinguished civil servant and scholar. A graduate of St. Stephen’s College with an LLB from Delhi University and a PhD in Public Administration, he has served in key administrative roles in Andhra Pradesh and the Government of India, including Joint Secretary (Internal Security) in the MHA and Secretary of the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry and author of “Ayodhya Debacle Divide Dividend,” is an authoritative reference on the subject. Former Director General of the National Productivity Council, he later joined academia and is currently a Visiting Professor at Amity University. In 2025, he presented a paper at the World Archaeological Congress held in Darwin Australia & an Award winning paper in the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi.
