Sunil Dutta Sunil Dutta, Ph.D. is a veteran police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department. He has been awarded the Police Medal for bravery by the LAPD. He is also a Professor of Criminal Justice and Security Studies at Colorado Technical University. He lives in Los Angeles.
